What does your sidedeck look like?

Right now, my deck runs ten traps and many monsters that like to be face down (Jujuitsu, dekoichi, etc...) This is my sidedeck
3. Dream Clown
3. Stumbling
3. Messenger of Peace
3. Warrior Returning Alive
2. ROTA (my deck has 5 warriors other than Dream Clown)
1. Horus Lvl. 6

I'm thinking of switching to a more traditional sidedeck. Besides Mystic Lvl. 2, Mobius, and Kinetic Soldier, what else do I need?

It really depends on your meta. The most I can give you is what mine looks like, but it's really a rough draft at the moment. Just made the deck for it yesterday, still needs more testing.

General rule of thumb is to cover your weaknesses and exploit those of your meta. Though, some use the approach that completely changes the complexity and approach of the deck, which works wonders when done right.

I know I'm being vague, sorry, but side-decking is hard work and is too situationally dependent to get a really good bead on. -_- Maybe someone else can explain it better.

i rarely use side decks but when i do i just put copies of cards like sakuretsu armor, smashing ground and DDA

All my side decks completely change the theme. go from Gravity Bind Water to Beatdown Water, Rock to Staunch Defender OTK, etc etc. But rarely do I change them because I think it's not fair to the opponent. :p

Because no deck can be prepared for all decks without losing some of it's core synergy. I'm not going to main deck anti-burn cards just "incase", but I'm sure as hell going to ENSURE that playing against burn/stall = auto win on my behalf. How do I do that? It's called side-decking. xD
