The spirit of water and the spirit of fire are the same thing. If you saw the episode when that guy used the grenade to get rid of all the oxygen so the spirit of fire would go out, and Zeke just changed him into the spirit of water, you would know that.

At one point, during a battle with the ruler of Wei, Cao Cao Zhao Yun found the man carrying Cao Cao's personal sword. Zhao Yun killed him and took the sword and used it every once in a while from that point on. I don't think Cao Cao ever got it back...heh heh

The most basic source of information comes from the semi-fictionalized novel the Romance of the Three Kingdoms. It was written with a heavy Shu biase, so they seem like the good guys and the physical abilities of many of the characters are exaggerated but the historical battles, their victors and many of the overall exploits of the characters are real.

For instance, did Zhao Yun slay an entire army by himself? Probably not, but he probably did rescue his Lord's child when Chang Ban was besieged, he probably did manage to get Cao Cao's sword during a fierce battle and there is no doubt that he was a great general.

Other sources include Wikpedia.com lol and to a certain extent the popular video game line Dynasty Warriors (personal faves of mine) plus several books and things found in libraries and such.
