Looking to get back into the game, what deck?

I used to play YGO, but then I quit for two years, seeing that there wasn't really any competition in my area. It seems now that quite a few people play YGO in my area, but I don't have my cards anymore. Now I'm looking for a deck I could buy and play competitively right out of the box. Any suggestions?

Oh, so Spellcaster's Judgment isn't out yet? Isn't it on eBay? Or are those pre-orders? But anyway, if the Warrior's Deck isn't available, what should I go for?

Zombie Madness, you just need to tweak it a bit for competetive play.

What tweaks exactly? Is there another deck that I can play decently without tweaks (other than Warrior's).

well there is a new earth deck and the spellcaster only outin japanese so the ebay guy must sell it in japanese jawnjawn or whatever
