You can get one for $3.99 in a booster pack if you scale.

But seriously, I think the cheapest way to get one is to trade some n00b.

You won't find many (if any) places for 20$... as Ebay is the market value and currently nearly all places are selling them for around 30$ or more.

Or you could try searching yourself... also you can find places on ebay that accept cash, but if your parent's still don't allow that... I suggest scaling packs, your best way. :p
