When an attack say "flip a coin if head the defending pokemon is now asleep" if i make head i must flip another coin since the turn is over or the sleep-check begin from the next turn?

The flip in between turns to cure Sleep begin immediately. Remember that you only flip if your Pokémon are asleep; it's your opponent's job to flip if theirs are asleep.
