E. The Japboisushi Rule
One of our traders, Japboisushi, posted a rule in his trade posts a long time ago that really made sense; and we felt that it was fair to adapt it for the rest of the board.

If someone trades with you, and you receive his/her cards and the cards are not in the promised condition (they have bends, creases, etc.), you send their cards back but keep one Super Rare or lower card to cover shipping costs. The value of this Super Rare may not exceed $4 (so no keeping a Raigeki). This variant may be enforced by everyone.

HOWEVER, before doing this, the person who received the cards MUST send me a digital photo of the cards proving their condition. If you do not do this, you can not keep one of his/her cards.

why are they sending digital photos to YOU???...ur not a mod...and im pretty sure that disputes such as condition of cards should be settled between traders...and not some "universal" rule

Lots of times rules are just for generalities and at certain times you can ignore them.

Heck, the rule I just made up follows the rule.

It's complicated. Did you know that there is an exception to using "an" infront of a word that starts with a vowel?

"A unit" is the exception.
