extended rules question please

hey i have a quick rules question...

ok i have alurren out in play

(alluren: any player may play creature cards with converted mana cost of 3 or less without paying thier mana cost any time he or she would play an instant)

i also have a cavern harpy (when cavern harpy comes into play put a blue or black creature you control back to your hand)

and a random blueor black creature in play for the harpy...

now my question is, if i continuiously bounce the harpy and the random critter due to the alluren, does that count towards a storm ability??


example of what i am rambling about


i will play the harpy(for free due to alluren), bounce the random blue or black creature, play the random blue or black creature, pay the life for the harpy, bounce it to my hand, play it again, bounce etc, etc, for a few time, then play brain freeze

(brainfreeze- target player puts the top three cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard storm- when you play this spell, copy it for each spell played before it this turn, you may choose new target for each copy )

you don't even need the random blue or black creature the harpy can bounce itself

and yes you are playing a spell every timel even though you don't have to pay much to play it...
