How are the Figs in the new set, and which ones are good?

kinda a gossip question... not a Q&A question.... this is more for rules questions and the like.

Its better to check out the Pojo's HC site or another site that rates figures for a general question on what good in a set. A fig can be good in one way and worst in another.

I will put it simple for you: If you buy a pack and get something, it's useful, in one way or another. There is no best or worst, but there are things that are close to unplayable and have little worth other than compleating a set.

If you decide to buy packs and have a small collection in the first place, you shouldget these because many players with the more useful and older figures will probably be more soon to trade with you to compleate their set.

How are the Figs in the new set, and which ones are good?


Most are ok. Very few Tourny worthy, the few I can think of that are tourny worthy off hand are:

Mystique
Spymaster
Wolverine
Magneto(only if you push it)

Alot of feat cards and bfc's are VERY good.(Protected, Repulsor Shield, Shell Head etc)

I would also say a few other figs like E Shaman. He is a great Briliant Tactition fig. Also the V Iron Man with Nanobots and Shellhead. Also the U Spider-Woman with Novablast is a sweet combination. Put Thunderbolts on them and you have a great start to an Avengers team.

Yes, I would have to say that most of these are good or decent figures. Although, I have to say that this set has brought three of my favorite feat cards into the game: Repulsor Shield, Sabetour, and Protected (I know Smaug will agree with me on that one!).

I would also have to agree there. The last two sets I have mostly been liveing for the feat cards. Just because even the ok figs get a great chance loaded up like that. So far my favorits from this set is Shellhead, Protected, Saboteur and Nanobots.
