Sure, as a member of the CoTD I know a lot about cards and decks!
There's Inuyasha and Company, featuring Inuyasha, Kagome, Sango, Miroku, Shippo, and between Kikyo, Kirara, Koga, and various other allies.
There's the new Bat Demons, which have all of the bat demons and Shiori, her grandfather, and father. This is a milling power deck. Not bad.
There's Kikyo and her Soul Stealers, which can instant-kill characters or mill through your opponent's deck.
There's the all-powerful Chibi deck, known to have quick turn kills. I, personally, run a Chibi deck. Fear me.
There's Three's Company, consisting of Sesshomaru, Rin, and Jaken. Supported by the card "Three's Company". A very deadly deck.
The new Panther Demon deck is great for power as well. It's verstile too!
There's Priest/Priestess decks revolving around Midoriko, Creator of the Shikon Jewel.
There's the mighty Wolf Deck, known for getting out allies fast and keeping them out on the lines. Starring Koga!
Spawn decks are seeing more power with various Naraku's and such.
And there's Demon Decks too! Not Spawn, but Demon!
Anyway, there's many decks to try. It depends on your play style and what kind of packs you'll be buying.

Panther is Kassen, Chibi is Yokai. Have fun making a Chibi deck. All the Chibi's are subsets, aka two per box. They're all also pretty valuable, in terms of other cards. You're better off making Panther if you want a possibility.
