Nephthys was destroyed, so yes she will come back.

that is unless nephtys is using her effect to return from the graveyard, in that case her summon is negated and nephtys doesn't return the next standby phase

SPoN is still destroyed by your opponent's card effect so it will return. Not the best news for the Solemn Judgement user, but atleast it prevents a possible direct hit of 24. Thiugh Solemn Judgement wouldn't be the best card to use against SPoN, especially if your lifepoints are high. I'd rather take a 24 hit then paying half my LP at 8000 for example, knowing that'll it come back next standby phase anyway.

I believe that Solemn saids
Negate the Spell / Trap / Summoned monster and DESTROY IT.
So I believe will come back.

this is answered. It will revive form the graveyard if you use SJ on the initial summon. I will not revive anymore if you use SJ while it's revived from the graveyard.

Solemn Judgement reads:
Pay half of your Life Points. Negate an activation of a Spell / Trap Card / Normal Summon / Flip Summon / Special Summon and destroy the Spell Card, Trap Card, or Summoned monster.
If Phoenix Revives it self From the Graveyard, You can't Chain Solemn Judgement Now here is Why. Breaking down the Text. Negate the activation of a Spell or Trap Card. OK So It stops a Spell or Traps activation. Lets Keep Going. A normal Summon Flip Summon or Special Summon. Ok So It Can't Negate a Monster UNTIL it's summoned. Nowhere in the Text does it say Negate the activation of an effect monsters effect. Now I know what you are thinking and I will get to that part as well. When the monster is Summoned and Solemn Judgement is used People make the Common misconception of thinking Solemn Judgement negates the effect, but that isn't true. Judgement does not negate monster effects, just summons. The Key here is this;
Priority (ah it's that word that's always being overlooked, this means trouble.)
Solemn Judgement is a counter Trap. Meaning it is one of the few cards in the game that can take your Priority from you. Monsters Effects are activated, when a player uses his or her Priority, Optional Effect such as Exiled Force ALlow you to Choose whether or not you want to use your priority right there and activate it's effect, Then there are Monsters Like Jinzo that Make you. Solemn Judgement is what I like to Call A Priority Thief. What it does is this. It goes Oh you summon a monster, in that case I Will Get rid of it before you can even activate its effect.
Thus Phoenix activates, then summons itself. If you Solemn Judgment, You will destroy the Phoenix and it will return.
A lot of you guys seem to obviously be mistaking Solemn with Divine Wrath which is where this confusion is coming from. Divine Wrath is NOT the same as Solemn, and trying to compare the Divine Wrath ruling with this question is understandable, but your answer will be wrong.
Divine wrath says:
Discard a card from your hand. Negate the Activation and effect of an effect monster and Destroy it.
Now If you use this on Sacred Phoenix, No It will not return. It's Effect is activated, then negated, but since you can't destroy a monster in the graveyard the phoenix stays put, till like Premature or Call or something is played. Hope I've cleared this up for everybody.

Yeah, shame you can't use Solemn Judgment/Horn of Heaven when SPoN summons itself as per it's effect.
You cannot use "Horn of Heaven" to negate the Special Summon of "Vampire Lord" or "Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys" when they are Special Summoned by their effects.

so if i'm reading right, you CANNOT activate solemn judgement when SPoN is summoned by it's own effect. And SPoN will come back when it is summoned from my hand or deck when you solemn it. Right?

So, class, the lesson we learned today is this:
Don't use 'Solemn Judgment' or 'Horn of Heaven' on 'Vampire Lord' or 'Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys' unless you have a very good reason.

You are correct.
Yes it will come back when summoned from the hand.

from the hand, yes.
but not from the deck, because you can't summon it from the deck except by using an effect, and you can't negate a summon generated by an effect with 'Solemn Judgment' or 'Horn of Heaven'.

Cards that send cards to the Graveyard instead of destroying them, like “Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End”. “Divine Wrath” also works. Best, mind you.

the best cards to stop the fenix would be bottomless trap hole and divine wrath, since both can stop the fenix even if it comes by an effect
