will this card work on the beud and bring it back form the grave i am just asking becuase if so it would work grate in my deck ( 3 bewd 2 vorise raider and 2 beud ) or should i go looking at others

EDIT: Oops I though I saw BEWD. Hmm I think it wont because I think a normal monster and a fusion monster are two different things.

i sort of think that to but back in the day edo`s said soemthing differint but we all know how upper deck loves to change the rules .... i just need to know befor i make my enw deck

Soul Resurrection only works on Normal Monsters.

Normal Monsters are defined by the rulebook as those monsters colored Yellow with flavor text (Such as BEWD).

BEUD is a Fusion monster with no effect. This puts it in the category of "non-effect" monsters (working with cards like Non Spellcaster Area), but it is still not a Normal Monster (for Soul Resurrection or Dust Barrier), so Soul Resurrection wouldn't summon it. :)

thanks thoght so hmm maybe it was a good idea to keep 2 poly in its palce and keep my 2 monster reincarnations

No, because BEUD is a Fusion monster, and thus an illegal target for Soul Resurrection. Remember, Soul Resurrection ONLY summons Normal Monsters. :)
