The card is not banned, was not banned, and will most likely never be banned.

It was put at one since it was released, but now it is at 3. Equip decks use it and some aggro/swarm decks sometimes may use 1, but other than that not good decks use it.

The card is not banned, was not banned, and will most likely never be banned.

September 1 2004 to March 1 2005 disagrees.

From there, it was Limited until March 1 2010, then Semi-Limited until Sep 1 2010.

It should be to 3 for eva. At least we will be able to see little kids that slap gene-warped and equip with 3 UWS
