Card destruction and Forced Requisition

Ok if I have Forced Requisition active on the field and I activate Card destruction and my opponent and I have 5 cards in are hands what will happen,

1. my opponent discards 5 then draw then discard
2. my opponent discards 5
3. or Forced Requistion will do nothing
