i've been out of the game for awhile...regionals this weekend

i havent really been keeping up with the latest decks and i still dont know all of the cards in cybernetic revolution and the set before it...so i'm wondering what decks i should be expecting to face and what is the new cookie cutter deck etc. any help/advice/info is appreciated thanks
