chaining issue with reaper

say my opponent uses nobleman of extermination on my f/d blast with chains, which I chain and equip it to his spirit reaper (which gets destroyed). Can I still use the effect of blast with chain to destroy a card on my opponent's field?

Blast with Chain has to be destroyed by an effect for you to be able to destroy a card. Since Spirit Reaper is merely destroyed, and Blast with Chain along with it, it doesn't get its lst effect.

besides, blast with chain can only be equiped to a monster on your side of the field.
