I believe DarkPaladin made a mistake, the text of DD Warrior wasn't confirmed then.

I think the whole "cannot return for the rest of the duel" thing comes from the bad (i.e. misleading) translations in the video games, and is just a superfluous way of saying "remove from play" :)

Oh, okay. I wasn't sure.

it was not "bad translation", that's called "old wording", because when 'D.D. Warrior' was first released in the OCG there wasn't any way to bring back cards that were removed from the game.
