Ok, it says in the rulings that if dark world monsters are discarded by your opponents card effect and gets special summoned on your side of the field they can't activate bottomless traphole or torrential tribute and I would miss the timing of the effect of card of safe return. So what if, I discarded the dark world monsters can i activate torrential tribute and can i draw from card of safe return? thanks

if the second effect of 'Goldd, Wu-Lord of Dark World' and 'Sillva, Warlord of Dark World' isn't activated you can surely activate a card in response to the summon.
