is this me being mad or is 15+15+15 =35 and decks have to be at least 40 cards 35<40 therefore illegal

15+15+15=45, so that is legal. 3x cyber jar(restricted to 1),3x swords(restricted to 1), 3x card destruction(restricted to 1), 3x mof(restricted to 1, in advanced), 3x heavy storm(restricted to 1), 3x morphing jar(restricted to 1), 3x cylinder(restricted to 1), and 3x dark hole(restricted to 1), is not legal. Check the list on the UDE site, then rewrite a new deck list that goes along with it. If you are playing the english game, I don't think we can use nightmare steel cage yet.
