I'll put up my Phoenix deck for an example.
Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys
D.D. Warrior Lady
Enraged Battle Ox
Enraged Battle Ox
Breaker the Magical Warrior
Hand of Nephthys
Magician of Faith
Nobleman of Crossout
Swords of Revealing Light
Mystical Space Typhoon
Book of Moon
Reinforcement of the Army
Call of the Haunted
Bottomless Trap Hole
Obviously, this is just one type of Phoenix deck. Your deck could be vastly different from mine and still work.
You may notice how I only have 1 Hand of Nephthys. Even though Phoenix is important in this deck, she's not everything. Also, having only 1 HoN means that you'll never Draw a HoN when you already have Phoenix on the field/in the Graveyard (also known as a "dead Draw"). Besides, I summon Phoenix a lot, even with only 1 HoN.
Sangan can search out HoN, and you already knew that. But another way to get HoN is Apprentice Magician. When Apprentice is destroyed in battle, you can search out a Level 2 or lower Spellcaster and Special Summon it face-down. This means you can get HoN from the deck to the field, but Apprentice can do more than that. If you have Magician of Faith (a popular and useful Monster), you can search her out too, and you'll be able to use her Flip Effect. Old Vindictive Magician also works here, if you want.
And finally, Apprentice Magician can even give Breaker another Spell Counter. Breaker should be in your deck regardless; put in HoN, Magician of Faith, and Apprentice Magician, and you've got a lot of synergy.
You may have also noticed the Gorillas and Oxes. I have them in their for 2 reasons.
1) They can function on their own as decent beatsticks.
2) Ox works very well with Gorilla or Phoenix (he gives them the Trample ability).
The rest of the Monsters are the basic Aggro mix, although I'm not done.
If I were you, I'd stay away from Cyber Jar. It's too unpredictable, and can screw your other cards (like, say, if CJ activates during your opponent's Battle Phase and he kills your newly summoned Hand of Nephthys, or maybe it summons Breaker and he doesn't get a Spell Counter that way). Instead, choose Morphing Jar. It's very predictable and will never put you at a disadvantage. Besides, if you're topdecking, this card is awesome. On top of that, it can dump the Phoenix that has been sitting in your hand so that you can revive it later (you almost never want Phoenix in your hand).
Your Spells look ok, although you need to complete them.
PUT IN DARK HOLE NOW! Dark Hole belongs in any deck, but it's even scarier in a Phoenix deck; destroy your own Phoenix with Dark Hole and she'll just come back and destroy all Spells and Traps! You just cleared the field!
That strategy also works with Torrential Tribute.
You've got Snatch Steal already, but I advise a Brain Control too. It has many uses, but it can also help you Summon Phoenix or Mobius (or for me, Cyber Dragons).
Man, major hand crampage >_<. That's all for now. What I've posted are just ideas you can think about, you don't have to copy my deck card-for-card.
