5-6 stars are still 1 tribute, and 7 and above are 2?

I don't know why people keep thinking that lv9+ monsters need 3 tributes. I really don't.

ANYTHING above level 6 (unless otherwise stated by an effect ie Gilford the Lightning) requires 2 tributes.

Where in the rulebook does it say monsters level 9+ have to have 3 tributes. Its this levels 5-6 1 tribute levels 7+ 2 tributes unless some kind aeffect says something different.

anything higher than lv 6 is 2 tributes unless it says otherwise.
