Is the effect of tributing another gravekeeper to inflict 700 damage optional? Can it be used more than once?

Gravekeeper's Cannonholder
Effect Monster (Spellcaster / DARK / 4 Stars / ATK 1400 / DEF 1200)
Tribute 1 Monster Card on your side of the field that includes "Gravekeeper's" in its card name to inflict 700 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. You cannot Tribute "Gravekeeper's Cannonholder" for this effect.
No where does it say "You can only use this effect once per turn."

yes, you can use it more than once, as long as you have a gravekeeper to tribute
(keep in mind it cannot tribute itself)

No. It does not specify that you cannot Tribute itself, but rather that you cannot Tribute "Gravekeeper's Cannonholder". So any monster named "Gravekeeper's Cannonholder" may not be Tributed for the effect of "Gravekeeper's Cannonholder".

and the effect IS optional, like all other Ignition Effects (except that of 'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon').
