Chapter 13
Destiny Begins
“Beware people of the world, for you must not bring forth unbalance until the time is right. For when darkness comes and these signs take place do not fear, for they are necessary to bring forth peace to the world, and finally renew the broken bond between man and Pokemon that was once broken. First, the embodiments of the destructive forces of rock, ice, and steel shall be captured by those who are foolish enough to annihilate the broken man nature bond even more. Then they shall continue by imprisoning the titans of fire, thunder, and ice. Then, with the aid of a kidnapped guardian, they shall create the embodiment of chaos. With that they shall destroy the Guardian of Nature, causing the guardian's Protectors of Nature to lose their power. Following the disappearance of the Guardian of the Sea. The Creators of Land and Sea shall fall, the Drifters and Protectors of the Dimensions and Time shall fall, as shall the Guardian of the Earth, the Great Dragon Lord. But do not despair, for the stolen guardian shall return to its master, the Son of the Chosen One. He and a group of other Chosen One's shall go forth and, with the aid of the Gemini Dragon Twins, the Master Guardian, and the Ultimate Guardian shall go forth and destroy the evil. And the Guardians that fell shall be renewed, and the Earth shall have the lost bond of Man and Nature renewed, and Peace shall reign.”
Giovanni read this over from the ancient Pokemopolis tablet that this was written on again and gave a wicked grin. He had always been interested in Legendary Pokemon. And now that he had made an alliance with Team Aqua and Team Magma, and thus now had their resources of ocean and underwater vehicles such as boats and subs from Team Aqua, and tunneling devices from Team Magma, he was ready to begin the capture of all of the Legendary Pokemon mentioned in this tablet to rule the world. He was on his way to meet the leaders of Team Aqua and Team Magma, Misters Fire and Water, to begin the hunt after the first three.
There were several tablets like this one, each one with a map to get to the Pokemon mentioned on each tablet that existed at the time of the tablets’ making. This tablet held the map that lead to the lair of the incarnations of Rock, Ice, and Steel.
At first it had been difficult to decipher the Pokemopolis text on the tablet, until they realized that Pokemopolis was based on the 26 sub-types of the Pokemon Unown. Or in other words, it was written in a rather interesting form of English. After that it had been a breeze to interpret it.
Giovanni picked up his high powered laptop, opened it, and flicked over the camera built into it so the computer could see it. “Computer,” the leader of Team Rocket commanded, “Identify the Pokemon mentioned in this tablet.”
Then the computer said in a female, yet computerized, voice, “The Pokemon in this tablet are not totally recognizable. Some of them, amazingly enough, did not exist at the time of this tablet’s making, some 4000 years ago. The Pokemon mentioned here are believed to be as follows: Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Moltres, Articuno, Zapdos, Mewtwo, Ho-oh, Entei, Suicune, Raikou, Lugia, Groudon, Kyogre, Unown, Celebi, Rayquaza, Latios and Latias, and Mew. The identities of the “Ultimate Guardian” and “Embodiment of Chaos” referred to in this prophecy, are unknown.”
“Hm, interesting. And we are going after the Embodiments of the Destructive Forces of Rock, Ice, and Steel: Regirock, Regice and Registeel. Excellent.”
Not long after that, Giovanni’s helicopter landed in a rocky, mountainous area of the Hoen region. He exited in a brown work suit so as not to get his normal red business suit dirty. Mr. Flame of Team Magma was a big man with black shades, red hair, and a Team Magma outfit, only without the hood and wearing a ring on his right hand that had the Team Magma logo imprinted on the large ruby in it.
Mr. Water of Team Aqua was about the same as Mr. Flame in build, but there was something about him that makes you just know that he was a seaman at one time. He had Blue eyes, brown hair with a little bit of white in it from where the salt of the sea had died it permanently white, a Team Aqua uniform with the bandanna, and a ring on his left hand that had a blue sapphire on it with the Team Aqua logo imprinted on it. (Get the joke?)
“Well gentlemen, are we ready to go?” Giovanni asked. “Of course we are ready,” barked Mr. Water in his gruff seamen accent, which contributed to the air of him that told you he was a seaman, “Let’s get this over with.” They all climbed into a Team Magma limousine that had been specially built for this terrain, spoked wheels for climbing over rocks. They then started moving along, followed by a Pickup Truck that was hauling a flat bed trailer that held three bolted down cages. This was followed by three trucks. One being driven by, and passengered by Team Rocket, the other of Team Magma, and the last of Team Aqua.
After a couple of hours, they arrived at a spot that looked like a temple built right into the mountain! The entrance though, was collapsed. The bosses of the three teams got out of the car and the three trucks full of Teams Rocket, Magma, and Aqua got out, all carrying either a pickaxe or a pneumatic drill. They began digging immediately, going at it with picks, jack hammers, Rhydon from Team Magma, Swampert from Team Aqua, and Dugtro and Feraligators from Team Rocket. After just a few minutes of digging they were in.
They filed in, leaders at the front. Through the whole time in the tunnel it was tense between Aqua and Magma. Darknon, Steela, and the other Rocket soldiers were busy keeping fights between the Aqua and Magma agents from breaking out. They eventually made it to the stone door that led to the antechamber that contained their prey. After using Giovanni’s Golem’s Rollout attack, Flame’s Magmar’s Sacred Fire, and Water’s Blastoise’s Hydro Pump, they knocked the door down. It was a chamber that was somehow well lit with torches, a carving on the floor that had crude symbols for Rock, Ice, and Steel, and at the end of the room, three rooms. The door on the left had a picture of boulder on it, the middle had the picture of a snowflake on it, and the right door had a symbol of a sword, indicating steel. Giovanni then motioned for three Rocket Soldiers to come forth.
Darknon, Steela, and another called Bob came forward, each carrying a short device that looked like some kind of giant short flashlight. These devices were called Super Sonic Disrupters, which fired powerful blasts of supersonic energy and sound waves, which could shatter rock, and leave some of the more powerful Pokemon unconscious for over 48 hours. Unfortunately each one could only fire three shots before needing 5 minutes of reloading and recharging. Then Giovanni gave the signal and the three gunners for the Super Sonic Disrupters fired at the left door. Then a great creature that looked like white boulders, orange boulders for shoulders a couple more orange rocks in its and chest, and 7 orange eyes and a vaguely human shape emerged.

Data: A legendary Pokemon who’s body is made entirely out of rocks. When damaged, it seeks out rocks to repair it self. Long ago ancient people sealed it away when it and its counterparts, Regiice and Registeel, started wreaking havoc. The Rocks in its composition have been discovered to all come from different locations.
Darknon, Steela, and Bob all fired their Super Sonic Disrupters at Regirock. After about ten seconds, his body began to crack a little bit and it fell over unconscious. They then got out the recharge packs, laid them on the ground and fired at the middle door. Immediately a gust of icy wind blew out, and out stomped an icy purple Pokemon that was more cyndrilical in shape, 7 yellow eyes, and it looked like a bunch of giant ice crystals put together.

Data: This Pokemon’s body was formed during the Ice Age and its body is always cloaked in air of -328 degrees Fahrenheit. It is so cold that things around it tend to freeze and is so cold, that even being dropped into a pool of magma won’t melt it.
Darknon, Steela, and Bob immediately began recharging the disrupters while Mr. Flame released his Magmar and all the other Team Magma members began using their Fire Pokemon, trying to keep the frozen menace at bay, though it had already begun releasing its Blizzard attack. Some of the Pokemon got frozen solid and Freeze Heal had to be used. Then the mighty Pokemon used an Ice Beam attack, but one of the Houndoom knew Mirror Coat, so it used that deflect it, unfortunately, right into the last door, opening it! Stomping from the depths came a large Pokemon that was mostly white with spherical body, but with dangly brown arms, a section that was its chest and stomach which interrupted the brown sphere, and nine red eyes: Registeel and been awakened!

Data: Registeel, like Regirock and Regice, was imprisoned by ancient people long ago. No one knows what it eats and appears to have a hollow body. The metal making it up is harder than any other known mea. This metal is believed to be not of this earth.
Now every Pokemon was out and trying to bring down the giant menace. Things looked grim for the three teams, but suddenly, “Everybody duck!” Everyone did, and the one who shouted this, Darknon, along with Steela and Bob, all fired the Super Sonic Disrupters. The super sonic sound waves that were aimed at Regice immediately, after a few seconds of resistance, cause his body to crack a little and it tumbled over unconscious. But it took the two remaining shots of each disrupter to bring Registeel down unconscious. They then hauled the three Regi’s away.
They were put into the bolted down cages on the flatbed and were hauled away to Team Rocket Headquarters, where the fleet of vehicles were headed as well. Giovanni smiled to himself. The first stage of the plan was working perfectly.
