There are six places to fish along route 119. Feebas's location will change when you change the trendy phrase in Dewford Town. Six tiles in that body of water on route 119. Feebas is very difficult to find.

First of all, welcome! Besides the post above, your question is answered in the Help Thread. Look on Page one at post #4 and you'll see the FAQ "Where is Feebas?" Plus there's some other related info that you may find helpful. Remember, you'll need a healthy dose of patience and a lot of luck but if you stick with it you'll eventually get Feebas.

You might wanna start where that fisherman is who had a Feebas- usually when i triedd in Sapphire in both restarts in my game- i found it there. But thats just a starting place- i guess i was Lucky.

When you find a Feebas tile, you can use any rod and its levels won't change depending on the rod (I think it's always 20-25). On a Feebas tile, the chances of hooking a Feebas is 80%, with the other 20% split between Magikarp and Carvanha. The hard part is actually finding a Feebas tile.

I found Feebas in the top "lake", right below the point where it narrows into a waterfall, in the exact center. I know 2 other people who found it below the bridge in the same "lake". Good Luck!

I caught all of my feebas in the lake on RT 119. There are different tiles to find them on, and they change depending on something, but i cant remember what......

Feebas... I wanted a Milotic SO
badly, I spent 6 hours looking for one. I have a surefire tip that'll work every time:


1. Get one Poke'mon that knows Surf. Surf to the waterfall north of the bridge on Route 119.

2. With the Old Rod, start in the upper right hand corner. Fish in EACH SPOT 4 TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU DON'T DO THIS, YOU WILL NOT CATCH A FEEBAS AS FAST! YOU WILL HAVE TO RETRACK ALL OF YOUR STEPS!!!!! (Just trying to help you from getting VERY mad at yourself.)

3. Now, fish that spot 4 times. If you don't encounter a Feebas, just go to the next block and fish IT 4 times. Keep doing this with both this lake and the one lower than it and you should have a Feebas in less than 6 hours. ***Tip: Catch more than one Feebas; about six, so you can trade with your friends and get awesome Poke'mon out of it.***


IT IS OFTEN ASKED: WHAT WAS THE PHRASE AT DEWFORD WHEN YOU GOT A FEEBAS? WHEN YOU ASK THIS, YOU ARE PROBABLY GOING TO GET AN ANSWER THAT IS NOT WHERE YOUR FEEBAS TILES ARE. WHY? TO GET YOUR
FEEBAS IN THE SAME PLACE YOUR FRIEND DID, YOU HAVE TO PLAY THE GAME EXACTLY LIKE HIM AND DO EVENTS IN A CERTAIN ORDER. SO, PLEASE DO NOT ASK WHAT THE PHRASE WAS; CHANCES ARE YOU WILL NOT GET IT IN THE SAME TILES.



IS MILOTIC WORTH IT?

YES!

I have one on LV 100 right now. It was very easy to raise, and it has very good stats. It can learn a wide variety of strong water moves, such as Hydro Pump, Surf, and even the ice moves Blizzard and
Ice Beam. ***Tip: Breed the Feebas to get a Milotic with Mirror Coat: It will help.*** Milotic is one of my favorite Poke'mon in my team.





To get a Milotic (took me 4 hours):

1. Choose one Feebas that has a good nature for a Milotic. SAVE THE GAME.
SAVE THE GAME. SAVE THE GAME. SAVE THE GAME. SAVE THE GAME. (Only
once, but I put that there to get you to save the game because if you mess up, you'll be mad at yourself.)

2. Make Poke' Blocks (Berry Master reccommended) and get lots of INDIGO
Poke' Blocks. Feed them to Feebas. Is its beauty maxed out? If it is not and you didn't save the game, you didn't follow the steps. If it didn't and you DID save the game, turn it off and make better Poke' Blocks.

#3. is a step that lots of people forget. Make sure to do it.

If it DOES evolve, GREAT JOB! If it doesn't, you probably didn't do it right. Just keep trying. Milotic is an AWESOME Poke'mon!
