If this is a BT team, then Mewtwo is not allowed. It's just as well, since you can only bring three Pokmeon in anyway.

Raichu should probably hold an offensive item, such as Petaya Berry, if you can get it. Otherwise, you should probably use Scope Lens or some sort of hax item. Ditch Thunder, it sucks on all pokemon that aren't working alongside Kyogre. Focus Punch is a good replacement. Double Team generally sucks, but if you can't get access to a move like Substitute, then keep it. This is for ingame, right?

Medicham should probably be holding an item such as Lum Berry. Protect is pretty worthless on it, Shadow Ball would be a better replacement.

Blastoise should be holding Leftovers. Skull Bash is a terrinle move, as if Hydro Pump. A much better set would be Surf/IceBeam/Haze/Rest.

You should read the New Help Thread at the top of this page to learn about EVs, Natures, Breeding, and such other wonderful activities that can help make your Pokemon the strongest that they can be.

And, last but not least, Leftovers is obtained in the Battle Tower after winning 42 straight. In other words, when you win 7 matches, they will give you a prize, right? Well, aftert winning 42 or more, the prize changes from the Vitamins to items like Leftovers, Scope Lens, and Choice Band.

where can i get leftovers on sapphire?
Leftovers are obtained in the SS Tidal in the lower part of the ship where all the big boxes are. It's in one of the garbage cans, I forget which one. It's also a BT prize like previously mentioned.
