And in case anyone cares and/or doesn't know, it is absolutely impossible for any pkmn to be over L255.

Yeah, 255 is the max number for any kind of stats (Level is kinda the same thing).

255 is the maximum for base stats. Stats themselves (without boosts) can reach up to 713 in HP and 608 in the other stats.
