Definitely not worth it. Not even in the old "recommended" trading advice(3 Common for 1 Uncommon, 3 Uncommon for 1 Rare, 3 Rare for 1 Rare Holo).

That trade is worth Buzz/SER + 1 Wrath + Tyrogue. Rarity for Rarity. Even though prices around here for the Wrath and Rogue are higher than Dark Energy.
