In Pokemon Emerald, I have caught a grand total of 142 pokemon out of 183 seen pokemon for my national dex. However, like InterFed and wobbuvet, I'm not concerned with filling up the national dex.

I have 46 in Emerald. Usually I only catch ones I'm gonna train or use for something specific, plus all the legendaries. But on my perm cart (Ruby) I have 230 in the Dex.
