I got my Koffing to Lv 34 and it didn't evolve. I dont know why, I don't think I pushed B but if I did will it evolve when it gets too Lv 35?

yes, it evolves the next level and the next if you keep devolving it.

Nope, Koffing indeed evolves at level 35.

if you press the B buttom during when a pokemon evolves it stops and the next time it grows a level it will evolve everytime
