I know that Choice Band is available in Battle Frontier. Go to the Battle Point Exchange Service Corner. Choice Band costs 64 BP.

I'm not sure about Salac Berry.

The Battle Point Exchange Service Corner is in Battle Frontier, which is in Pokemon Emerald. I probably should've mentioned that in my previous post.

Edit: I looked around and found that Ruby/Sapphire players can find Choice Band in Battle Tower.

You can also buy Salac Berry for 15,000 pokecoupons in Colloseum and XD.

CB is one of the prizes that can be won in BT (at least in R/S) after 35 wins. The prizes during the first 35 wins are (if I recall correctly) Vitamins, like Carbos.
