I've used several different movesets with Kingdra. This was a random moveset I created for Kingdra. I enjoyed using it. It was actually pretty effective in the Battle Frontier. Regardless, Kingdra was replaced when I revised my team.

Most innovative Venusaur sets have Frenzy Plant as a going out move. I would like to have Curse, but with it lowering your speed, Frenzy Plant, which IMO is pretty cool even if it is rather useless and suicidal, won't be viable. Frenzy Plant would pretty much KO anything that doesn't resist it with STAB+Overgrow on that massive base power.
