More like the kiddies at Pogeymanz Rocks America. They modified some of those strategies with some of the Japanese strategies(Where most of the skill comes from in this instance) to get a super-deformed mutant program. xD

For the team.. You don't necsecarilly have to have lv. 100, but have all your levels even. If I remember correctly, the foe's levels are equal to your highest.

Interfed's movesets work, though. Just breed for good IVs and Natures(In the ballpark for Natures, and 25-31 each for IVs) and you're good.
