Surf over toxic-
You can choose between Mirrorcoat and Toxic- surf is a must

Milotic: Hypnosis over Mirror Coat, and choose Surf over Toxic.

Heracross: Facade sucks. Use Earthquake in its place.

Gardevoir: Psychic over Fire Punch for a STAB move. Go with Lum Berry to take full advantage of Synchronize.

Facade is only good on Swellow(2v2, BP'd 3 Swords Dances, Toxic'd@ Guts w/STAB ftw)

EVs should be:
Milotic - 84 HP/252 Def/106 SpAtk/56 SpDef/12 Spd
You could also put the SpDef EVs into Spd if you want.

Heracross - 252 HP/252 Atk/6 Spd

Gardevoir - 252 HP/252 SpAtk/6 Spd
You could also ditch WoW instead of Fire Punch for Psychic, exchange Synchronize for Trace, and change the item to Petaya Berry, in order to make a full-on special-sweeping Gardy, but it's up to you. I personally like the WoW set, since it gives the advantage of weakening Metagross and other physical sweepers. Just watch out for Gutsy sweepers like Heracross, Hariyama, and Machamp. The EVs I suggested for the WispGardy set would also apply to the TraceGardy set.

Swellow sucks to begin with. It'd probably need 3 Swords Dances BP'ed to it to be able to damage anything at all, even with Guts active.

Swellow sucks to begin with. It'd probably need 3 Swords Dances BP'ed to it to be able to damage anything at all, even with Guts active.
It may need a Choice Band to exceed 300 attack, but it sure can hit fast, and with a CB, it can do some damage, which makes it extremely useful in the later stages of the game. Hello 125 speed basestat. And if you manage to get it Burned or Poisoned, your opponent is in trouble.
