Red tent or Blue tent

What are is the diffrence between the two and and what do they do?

They are ornaments you can put in your secret base. Defeat Trick House to get it. Red in Ruby, blue in Sapphire.

I would just get the tent to get it...because they take up alot of space and why have a HUGE tent in a base....it blocks your ornaments as well...
