if you tying to ask us ou opinion on which Uber is best- you should just say that. And another thing Jirachi/Celebi aren't Ubers.

That being Said: Groudon is the best Uber- Massive atk- swordsdance he basically sweeps most teams so easily. Give him a speed/atk boost and its gameover

Celebi isn't an uber. Neither is Jirachi.

I beleive that Groudon is generally considered the best uber. He's uber at level 1 because of Drought, which makes Victreebel and Eggy unstoppable.

But he's really a beast in the uber metagame.

It all depends on the attacks! For example, the Kyogre listed a few posts up looks very strong. However, I had one just like it that was 1HKO'd by a Rayquaza using HyperBeam.

I think that Mewtwo, with the right attacks, would be most difficult to defeat. His speed and Sp. Attack are big advantages.
