Just curious if it was ever going to show up in manga form/shonen jump.

I don't think it does.

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX is a anime series created after the original and wildly popular Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters series. The Duel Monsters series was created based on the manga by Kazuki Takahashi.

In other words, no GX doesn't have a manga.

Hey maybe it would be good then.

Not a single word of that made sense.

Anyhow, thanks for the feedback all, I was just curious if there would be anything replacing millenium world when that finished.

A new manga called Yu-Gi-Oh! R is currently running in the V-Jump magazine in Japan. R takes place in between Battle City nand Duelist Kingdom taking the place of the somewhat cheesy Doma arc of the anime. R is about a man named Tenma Yakou, who was one of many children adopted by Pegasus. After Pegasus died he blames Yugi and sets up a plan to revive Peggy and get revenge on Yugi.

I find R to be very entertaining, and hopefully it will run in the American Monthly Shonen Jump after the Memory arc has concluded.

G/X has a plot . . . just not the same type of plot as Duel Monsters has.

You see, G/X is, for now, showing us life at the Academy. Then, we get introduced to the Seven Stars--the Assassins--and learn the reason the school was built, who was behind it all, etc. We'll get there . . . in a few months.

G/X just isn't as quick about its plot as DM was. Or as good and defined a plot. Or as supported by the episodes plot.

But, it could be like Pokemon's plot. Doesn't that give you nightmares?

Yub, yub.

As much of a GX fan I am.. I have to say.. the 7 stars arc.. hardly counts as a real plot.. it was good when Darkness and Camilla appeared.. but it was just downhill from there.. especially the battle between Kagemaru.. you would think it would be more dramatic.. it was a real let down.
