Level them up to Lv. 60-80 and get rid of the crappy moves for useful ones.

how can you lose with rayquaza lv 70 :eek: just teach him surf, thunderbolt and fly with a couple of revives and hyper potions and you can beat the E4 easy :eek:

Interfed's movesets should easily get you past the E4.
