This is a quick team I made; in the three battles I've had with it, it seems to be doing well so far. Please R/F.

Aerodactyl (M) @ Choice Band ** Dino
Trait: Rock Head
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Double-Edge
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rock Slide

No explanation necessary, I assume. It has a 31 Speed IV to tie with Timid Jolteon, in case you're wondering.

Jirachi @ Leftovers ** WishMaker
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 16 Def / 124 Spd / 60 SAtk / 56 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt

101 HP Subs make it a Skarmbliss counter of sorts; it can survive Seismic Tosses and is naturally resistant to Ice Beam. Sexy all-around stats as well. Just have to watch out for Pokes like Duggy.

Hariyama (M) @ Leftovers ** Inflated Donut
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 208 HP / 52 Atk / 56 Def / 192 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Focus Punch
- Knock Off
- Substitute
- Whirlwind

I love Hariyama. It's my phazer, if you couldn't tell by Whirlwind. Thick Fat helps it make up for Jirachi and Hera's fire weaknesses and Aero and Zappy's Ice weaknesses. DO NOT recommend Guts over Thick Fat; Starmie and Heracross absorb status. Focus Punch is over Cross Chop since it can make 120 HP Subs and 2HKO max-Defense, 320 HP Skarm.

Starmie @ Leftovers ** Sexmie
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 96 HP / 144 Spd / 252 SAtk / 16 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin
- Surf
- Thunderbolt

BoltBeamer. Makes a perfect switch-in against almost every Spiker in the game (Forry takes it down with it with Explosion). Sexy stats all around (except for HP). 301 Speed to take down non-Speed nature increasing Gengar. Also absorbs status and heals with Natural Cure; this is one of my sleep counters (the other being Zappy).

Zapdos @ Leftovers ** Zeus
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 128 HP / 28 Def / 152 Spd / 184 SAtk / 16 SDef
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Thunderbolt

I hadn't tried Sleep Talking, so I decided to go with it over T-Wave and Sub. If it doesn't work out (when I used it, I picked Rest twice), on go T-Wave and Sub.

Heracross (M) @ Leftovers ** Sweep Supreme
Trait: Guts
EVs: 16 HP / 252 Atk / 220 Spd / 20 SDef
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide
- Swords Dance

Absorbs status, then sweeps the opposing team. Should I replace R-Slide for F-Punch?

Keep Aeroy around for a while, he's more of a beast in the late game, after your opponents have taken a lot of attacks. 105 Attack Base is good, but not enough to sweep strong in the beginning, unless your opponent lacks defensive power.

IMO Haryama should be Brave and have a 0 IV in speed, just in case you're subpunching and your opponent has something extremely slow, unless for some reson you want to outspeed something (wtf). I love Guts, but I see how you're somewhat relying on Think Fat, so w/e.

On Hera, FP is always cool to have, but IMHO keep Rock Slide on this one.

If someone else somes along and contradicts with my opinions, listen to them, I only have a faint grasp of what I'm talking about, lol.

Really shouldnt lead. It is too risky to leave it against Jolteon anyways...outspeeding Sceptile and Company is pleny good

Jirachi @ Leftovers ** WishMaker

Take advantage of Serene Grace! Try Thunder, shure its accuracy sucky at times but the gamble is well worth the extra damage and the s3xy PAR chance
Hariyama (M) @ Leftovers ** Inflated Donut
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 208 HP / 52 Atk / 56 Def / 192 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

Hariyama is like OMG. You do know that a CH Cross Chop can kill Skarm right?
Starmie @ Leftovers ** Sexmie
Trait: Natural Cure

Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

Looks fine

Zapdos @ Leftovers ** Zeus
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 128 HP / 28 Def / 152 Spd / 184 SAtk / 16 SDef
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Sleeptalker is in most cases better, unless you are just way unlucky
Heracross (M) @ Leftovers ** Sweep Supreme
Trait: Guts
EVs: 16 HP / 252 Atk / 220 Spd / 20 SDef
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Megahorn

- Swords Dance

You have no Physical wall and with all the CBers around that is not good. A Good Metagross or Salamance with prediction does great against this team.
I personally would drop Hera for a def Wall as he is already very similar weakness wise to Hari
