Need help

I bought a ruby that has Deoxys in it.The game will not let me trade.I defeated a guy for the devon scope but the devon scope didn't go to my key items box.Magma emblem didn't either.Please help.Need to get Deoxys out of ruby into my emerald.

you probably got a glitch from using an action replay and that is probably why you cant trade deoxes

you need to restart the game in order to "hopefully" get rid of the effects of the Deoxys....when you cheat for it, it sometimes does that to your game...

It might be permanent...but in order to find out...restart...sorry
