What is the tier 1 deck, how much can it be built for, and what is a good decklist?

Well my spell book consist of mamodo destruction. The main ones are: Both Zenos, Fein, Tia and Zatch Bell. Mainly just Zeno and Fein take care of mamodo while Tia provides the strongest defense in the game. Zatch can also be a great add on as well.

ok this game can be very hard most popular decks r mamooto destrution baltro control and my favorite burn with zb god my book probably cost around 13 and its one of the best decks around but for the best decklist none this game is very free but very different from every other game ive ever played its so fun
