fire punch is against foretress. scizor, metagross. maxed speed is need for him to be a special sweeper, and i didn't put ev's in special attack/defence because calm mind already boost that. rest is to recover all the damage while calm minding. the other moves should be self-explaining

Grumpig's best use is Trick-Banding, but he can do special sweeping, too. I don't know much about him otherwise.

Milotic can already survive a Zapdos's Thunderbolt without any SpDef EVs or a SpDef-boosting nature. With the spread I posted (credit for it goes to Serebii), you could put the SpDef EVs into Spd if you want. Milotic needs max Defense to make use of Marvel Scale. Because of Marvel Scale, she's good for absorbing WoW and Thunder Wave and can afford to miss with Hypnosis because of her defenses and Recover.

You can get the EQ and F-Punch TMs from Pickup if your Ziggy/Linoone/Meowth/Phanpy/Teddiursa is lv.91 or higher. Use Return/Frustration over Haiperbeem so you can switch out on your Truant turn.

Your Pokémon are fine, but if you want to use my Grumpig set, you'd be better off just using Zam with the same moves but with a Timid nature and switched Speed and HP EVs. Zam can also Trick-Band if you want him to.

Zam can also Trick-Band if you want him to.i maxed speed for grumpig so he can use rest first, and i already tried lum berry, but mostly, dat will heal paralysis/poison, and rest already do that, and the punch thingy, i like fire punch because of regice/skarmory/forretress/steelix/scizor, altough ice punch is cool to, and i dont use trick-band, because then my slaking cant hold a choice band

your'e milotic is cool, ill try that, and for slaking, when i have tm earthquake, then i put it on him :D
