Bumping is against the rules.
Pelipper sucks. Replace him with Bagon, who should know Fire Blast, Dragon Dance, Aerial Ace (for ingame only), and whatever his first Lv:5 move is, which should be replaced with Earthquake after he evolves into Salamence (since he can't learn it beforehand).
Facade and Aerial Ace on Treecko suck, replace them with Leech Seed and Protect.
Abra should have Ice Punch, Calm Mind, Psychic, and Thunderpunch (breed with Medicham or get 48 BP for the punches).

that is the beauty ofr the pokemon world...you choose what you want to do to the poke's. I would check info in the help thread to find out what roles you want the poke's to play and then follow the helpful EV distribution guide to get all the answers you should need...
Personally I like to create my own poke's rather than follow other's ideas so your team should consist of what you like to use and the way you like your poke's.
Just my POV but go whichever way you please...

If you check the first post, it contains information on what is located in the Help Thread. For the sake of helping though, I have checked the roles page and you should go to Post 6 in the Help Thread to find helpful info....if I were you though, I would read alot more in order to understand everything there is to offer in the Poke World...
