Questions about Barriers & Others

I have gotten 2 conflicting ruling from 2 different judges.

From the barrier power, 1st judge saids all 4 barriers must be within the person's range. 2nd judge saids only the 1st barrier needs to be within range, the other 3 can extend out of the person's range. I agree with the 1st judge, what do you guys think?

Second question, can a barrier that is created (for example by Sue Storm) be broken down like a wall?

i think it has to be within the person's range, but i am not familiar with the power, so i am not completely sure.....

i barely use it, but i think on the new maps it is hella useful. so i should learn to use it.

barriers can be broken down, like a wall. three damage, or unstoppable, destroy a barrier square. you then have to put a square of destroyed wall terrain on the map until the barrier effect wears away.

All the tokens from barrier need to be within range. Only one has to be within a clear line of fire.
