If you're going to be participating in Battle Frontier, you'd probably want all of your pokemon to be at the same level since I believe your opponents' pokemon levels will all be equal to the highest level of pokemon in your party (which would be 63 in your case). Also, you need some work on your movesets. My Alakazam had Calm Mind and the 3 elemental punches. You could follow that moveset. I've seen some Encore Zams before. However, I don't remember the exact moveset for it. You can buy the elemental punches in Battle Frontier for 48 BP each. I've never used any of those other pokemon before, so I don't know any good movesets for them.

You basically need work on your levels, movesets, and held items. Can't help you about the nature of your pokemon.

Post the EVs you gave it instead of its stats.

Also, don't bump. Most likely someone will look at it eventually.

Pelipper:

Wow. Pelipper just sucks.

Pelliper@Leftovers
Modest Nature
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Blizzard/Ice Beam
-Substitute/Protect
-filler

Pelipper can't really put a lot of pain on the opponents. It just doesn't have the power, and its SDef, Speed, and HP are too low to survive more that a few turns against any special onslaught, and Electric will OHKO pretty much all the time. It might be able to score a few KOs against physical attackers, but other than that, good luck. Pelipper doesn't suffer as much from bad stats as it does from a poor movepool.

Sceptile:

Sceptile is pretty cool.

Sceptile@Leftovers
Bold Nature
EVs: Concentrate a lot towards Defense and SDef, put the rest in speed.
-Leech Seed
-Substitute
-Leaf Blade
-Protect

This is the Sceptic Tank, I believe. Leech Seed first, then Protect and Sub while you whittle their HP away with Leech Seed. If your sub holds, attack with the best grass move in the game.

Yeah, I guess those are my suggestions for this team. Sorry for not getting around to the otehr four members. Sceptile should come through on the Fronteir for you a lot though.

Bumping is not allowed.
