Why do you make these versus topics. . .

It's kinda even. I mean their speed is kinda equal and the Tribeam is, I suppose, equal to DotDF.

But, we can't really compare as they are two totally different animes in different worlds in different animation styles.

I think Tien would win for two reasons

(1) Hiei wouldn't be subjected to some stupid staring contest.

(2) Hiei, even if he did participate, would get bored and quit.

I'll even give you a third reason

(3) In Hiei's own words, "This topics' and this situations' stupidity knows no bounds".

lol, that's one of the funniest statements I've ever seen here but they certainly do blink, I can assure you. (they do it more often than you realize)

I think Tien would win in this situation because even though he's human, he doesn't seem the type to be intimidated by much of anything.
Besides, it's been said before that Hiei probably wouldn't even want to compete in the contest anyways, as it would be a 'foolish mortal's game'. ^_^
