It is true that vqd has been taken off the restricted list, but the only reason why score did that was because of the most recent printing rule. Did you really think score would let a deck have that much card advantage? The gt version of vqd says limit one per deck, because of the most recent printing rule score knew that it was a waste of space to be on the restrictied list, so they took it off.

Just to make it easy for people who still havnt found out what Im talking about. Vegetas Quickness drill is still limit one per deck because of the most recent printing rule with the new baby saga version of vegeta's quickness drill which says limit one per deck.

For VQD to not be limit 1 per deck, Score has to make an erratat saying "Vegeta's Quickness Drill loses limit 1 per deck."
