Re-use Deck

I was origonally gonna call it a recycle deck but then I found out there's a card named recycle. This deck is designed to dump cards into the graveyard and pull them back into my hand or put them onto the field.

This deck has worked well so far, I noticed it recovers from top-decking easilly, but I want your opinion. Do you think this deck could do well at regionals? What do you think should be changed? The strategy is at the top of the screen.

Thanks, I edited the deck. I DO run Cyber end dragon and alot of other fusions, so I sidedecked it. I took it out of the main deck because I rarely need it. I'm also intrested in that team.

With Goats gone, he loses his playability as well. He is awesome in pheonix however.

Yeah, that's true. Thanks for the help I updated the deck again just now, forgot the monster reincarnation.
