You have to beat the expert cup.

i'm not sure about the pasword machine but here's how you beat the penguins revenge flip up penguin soldier and return both gemini elfs to your opponents hand then tribute it for steel orgre grotto and attack wall of illusions with it. then attack direcly with muka muka and nushroom man and you'll win

I have got them you have beat the begginers cup for lvl 4 and the expert cup for lvl 8.

Nevermind - I finally won the cup today :) - most people telling me that you had to be lv 8 but I was lv 11...i'm now thinking that you have to beat certain duelist a set number of times - also I think you mus defeat both Para and Dox

either way I won the cup but someone stole my prize - Atem.Joey and I found Keith,defeated him but I didn't get my prize - wtf
