Well, its a create a card post but, its not creating a card! Its about changing a card, that means add a line of text, change a line of text or... erase the effect and make a new one!(also bold the new text in the text) Example:
Yata Garsau
This monster cannot be special summon, this monster is returned to your hand at the end of the turn it was normal, flipped summon, or flipped face up.
When this card does battle damage to your opponents life points, you lose 1000 lifepoint and your opponent skips his/her next draw.
now its alot less broken!
like that and also, only make it for rl cards, unless the new card effect of a card already posted saids something about a new card.
i'll start the first one!
Mirror Force
You can activate when your opponent attacks, negate the attack, and destroy all your opponents monsters that are on his side of the field.
now its even more broken!
*also you can pick the card you want*

how about......
the flue of summoning dragon
active this card when u have a spellcaster type monster on the field, special summon all dragon type monsters in your handin face up attack or defence positon. if there is no dragon type monster on your hand, special summon one dragon type monster with less than 2000 attack on the field in face up attack or defence position.
aw... i wish they really change the text of TFoSD like this....
this can help my dragon deck
or...
ring of distrution
destroy one monster on the field and increase equal to the destroyed card's ATK to both players life point.
wont be a secret but would worth a supper

Dark Magician of Chaos
This card cannot be Normal Summoned. Special summon this card by removing 1 Light and 1 Dark monster from your graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned successfully, you can add 1 Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand. A monster that is destroyed by this monster as a result of battle is removed from play instead of going to the Graveyard. When this card is destroyed or removed from the field, it is removed from play.

Dark/Zombie/1/300/200
This card cannot be Normal Summoned. Special Summon this card by removing 1 Light and 1 Dark monster from your Graveyard from play. Once during your turn, you can activate one of these effects:
*Pay 1000 Life Points to increase the ATK of this card by 3000 points until the end of your opponent's turn. If you activate this effect, other monsters on your side of field cannot attack this turn.
*Offer this monster as a Tribute to Specoal Summon any monster in your deck.
Dark Mirror Force
Trap card
*same effect as Mirror Force, except it removes all monsters on your opponent's side of the field.*

I have long been thinking of creating a thread like this. Good idea. :)
Anyway, here's my idea on making Raigeki and Harpie's Feather Duster less broken.
Raigeki:
Pay 500 Life Points to activate this card. Destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. For each monster this card destroys, your opponent must draw one card from their deck.
Harpie's Feather Duster:
Pay 500 Life Points to activate this card. Destroy all spells/traps on your opponent's side of the field. For each spell/trap this card destroys, your opponent must draw one card from their deck.

change the card to a 6 star >_<! and you increase your opponents life by 1000 when you attack but they still dont get to draw

take away that you have to pay 100, its not enough life to worry about paying... its just annoying to have to write it down everyturn

pay 1000 life points to keep this card on the field, if you cant pay then the card is destroyed
insect princess -
change it from a 6 star to a 4 star... then its more playable
Waboku: Your opponent can attack all he/she wants, but he/she will swing at air.
Kuriboh: Well, your monster's gone, but at least you take no damage.
If only it was that easy!

Fushi no Tori: Make it lvl 3. Maybe +400 ATK as well.
Legendary Fisherman: Add at Least 200 ATK.
Chain Destruction: Destroy the Summoned monster as well. Also, prevent those monster from being special summoned from the gravyyard (Gravy Yard?)
Giant Trunade: it returns itself to your hand. Now, it's just annoying.
IO: cannot be chained to the activation of a Spell card. Finally! Fixed the broken Magic Jammer!
Spritual Energy Settle Machine: Remove the "Discard a card" cost. There aren't many Spirit decks to begin with, so let's actually support them instead of giving them wastes of cardboard.
Different Dimension Dragon: Cannot be destroyed as a result of battle. Period.
Yata: Whenever it deals battle damage, your opponent skips their next draw phase... and may summon a monster from their graveyard in face-up ATK or face-down DEF.
Last Turn: Remove that pesky "1000 LP" requirement. It should be able to be activated whenever you want... although that means it would be broken...
And just for fun...
Skull Servant: okay, let's actually put this text on the card... "If there are five Skull Servants face-up on your side of the field, you win the game. You may include up to five Skull Servants in you deck."
Dimension Fusion, anyone?

gate guardian
you must remove suijin, kazejin and sanga on the graveyard to special summon this monster on the field. u can then use 1 of the following effects per turn.
-once per turn u can reduce a monster's attack to 0 until the end of the turn it was activated.
-pay 1000 life points, special summon either a suijin, kazejin or sanga in your side of the field that was removed from play by this monster's effect.
can u say pnwnage?
