You don't need both Blizzard and Ice Beam- Delete Blizzard for another special attack, unless you want to make a specific strategy with Slowbro, but... I'll leave that to someone else.

1. Don't use three electric attacks- Stick with Thunderbolt and drop the other two.
2. Don't use Focus Punch- it's a physical move, so, unless you're going to turn Electabuzz into a physical Pokemon, get rid of it for another special attack.
3. As a matter of fact, all three of your Pokemon seem to be special attackers- You may want to dump one of them (Electabuzz specifically) for a Pokemon that uses physical attacks, like Slaking or Hariyama.

All of them need items. ALL of them. I prefer to use Leftovers or Shell Bells. Leftovers on a Skarmory can make for an extremely long fight, if your opponent can't pull off a Fire or Electric attack. That's how I won one of my Battle Tower matches, with a stalling Skarmory.

never use two attacks of the same type on the same pokemon (only exception is if they serve different purposes, i.e.-thunder wave is for para, while thunderbolt is for damage and therefore both could be on the same set).

Use variety in your attacks. Don't use just special attackers. A battle tower team should have 1 special attacker, 1 physical attacker, and 1 sponge/stalling pokemon.

For Battle Tower, I use Alakazam, Marowak and Metagross. 1 Special Attacker and 2 Physical Attackers. Cuz I don't really like using Stallers to much. But I'm thinking of Maybe Blissey instead of Metagross. Cuz Alakazam and Marowak are good 1-Hit-KO'ers. Since Marowaks got Thick Club and Alakazams Special Attack Ownz. Blissey would be nice. But ya, your Team needs Variety of different people playing different roles. And you gotta cover your Weaknesses a lot more. I'd recommend Jolteon rather than Electabuzz simply because Joltean has much better Speed, (Jolteon Base Stat for Speed is 130, which is pretty much the Max Speed for all Pokemon. Excluding only Electrode and Ninjask. But their just retarded.) And Jolteon has much better Special Attack Aswell. Base Stat of 110 for Special Attack. Electabuzz only has a Base Stat of 95 for Special Attack. And Electabuzzes Speed is a Base Stat of only 105. Jolteon is a lot better.
