I don't love it. The background kind of annoys me for some reason, it looks too bubbly...
I'm not a fan of Orange on Blue either.
Though, the brushing is obviously done well...

the brushing set to linear light makes it look good but there seems to be too much contrast between the bubbles and the text to me - i guess the bubbles annoy me but still well done on this one
